Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 June 2026
These terms govern your use of ignitetrading.ai and the Ignite Hub ("Ignite", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site or the Hub, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Please read these alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
1. Who we are
Ignite is operated by Lee Markham. You can contact us at [email protected].
We are an intermediary. We provide trading signals, AI trade analysis, educational content and community tools, and we introduce traders to a partner broker. We are not a bank, a broker, or a regulated financial adviser.
2. Eligibility
To use Ignite you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
- not be located in a country where the service or the partner broker is prohibited
- be responsible for checking that using the service is lawful where you live
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the service.
3. What Ignite is, and what it is not
Ignite provides:
- trading signals for gold and related markets
- AI-assisted analysis of your own trading through Sparkie and the Hub
- educational content, alerts, journals, live sessions and community access
- an introduction to a partner broker through our referral link
Ignite does not provide:
- personal financial, investment or trading advice
- a recommendation that any trade, product or strategy is suitable for you
- any management of your money
The information we share is general. It does not take account of your circumstances, goals or risk tolerance. What you do with it is your decision.
4. Not financial advice
Nothing on Ignite is financial advice, investment advice, or a personal recommendation. Our signals, analysis and content are for information and education only.
We are not authorised or regulated as a financial adviser. You should consider taking independent, regulated advice before trading. Any decision you make is your own.
5. Risk warning
Trading carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone.
- You can lose some or all of your money.
- Leveraged products such as CFDs can lose money rapidly.
- Markets move unpredictably and signals can be wrong.
- Past performance is not a guide to future results.
Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. If you are unsure, seek regulated advice.
6. No guarantees
We do not promise profit, income, or any particular result. We do not guarantee that any signal, tool, or analysis will be accurate, available, or successful.
Any figures, examples or results shown anywhere on Ignite are illustrative only. They are not a promise or a forecast of what you will achieve.
7. The broker relationship
When you choose to open and fund a trading account, we introduce you to a partner broker through our referral link. The broker is a separate company with its own terms, its own regulation, and its own privacy policy. You should read them.
- Your trading account and your money are held by the broker, not by Ignite. We never hold or handle your funds.
- We may receive a rebate or commission from the broker based on trading activity. This is how Ignite stays free to you.
- We are not responsible for the broker, its platform, its pricing, its execution, or any dispute between you and the broker.
8. Connecting your account and using automated tools
If you connect your trading account to the Hub, you do so with a read-only investor password. This lets the Hub view your trades for analysis only. It cannot be used to place or close trades, change settings, or move money.
Some Ignite tools, such as Expert Advisors or automated features, can operate on your own trading account if you choose to install or enable them. If you use them:
- you remain fully responsible for your account and every trade on it
- you must understand how the tool works before you use it
- you use it entirely at your own risk
- you can disable or remove it at any time
You are responsible for monitoring your own account. We are not responsible for losses arising from any tool you choose to run.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- make your own trading decisions and accept the outcomes
- give accurate account information and keep it up to date
- keep your login details secure
- comply with the broker's terms and the laws that apply to you, including tax
- not rely on Ignite as your only source of information
You are responsible for your own tax affairs arising from any trading you do.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- resell, redistribute, share or republish our signals, content or tools without our permission
- use the service for anything unlawful
- attempt to copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the site or the Hub
- misuse the community, harass other members, or post misleading content
We may remove content or restrict access if you break these rules.
11. Intellectual property
The Ignite name, logo, signals, content, software and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as part of using the service normally. You do not gain any ownership rights, and you may not use our brand without permission.
12. Third-party services
Ignite relies on and links to third parties, including the partner broker, Clerk, MetaApi, Telegram and others. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their services, content, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.
13. Availability and changes
We provide the service "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time.
14. Keeping your access, suspension and termination
Because the service is free and funded by trading activity, your access depends on keeping an active, funded account. We may remove your access if:
- you do not place a trade for 30 days, or
- your trading account balance falls below £50.
This is not a penalty. You can come back at any time once your balance is at a suitable level and you are ready to trade again.
We may also suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service, or where we reasonably need to. You may stop using Ignite at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as the risk, liability and intellectual property sections, continue to apply after you stop.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any loss arising from your reliance on our signals, analysis, tools or content.
- We are not liable for the acts, omissions, platform or pricing of the broker or any third party.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to cover us for any reasonable losses or costs we suffer because you have broken these terms or misused the service.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of the country where you live, and nothing here removes protections that the law gives you and cannot be removed by agreement.
